How much does delivery cost?
Each Deal comes from a different vendor from all around NZ and each deal has different shipping costs allocated by the vendor (this will be on the deal page).
Shipping costs are usually split into 4 segments, North Island, North Island Rural, South Island and South Island Rural.
Depending on the vendor, the shipping cost will either be a flat fee or a fee per item purchased.
Shipping costs are charged per deal and totalled in the checkout (you can see the breakdown cost per deal).
Do you send to PO Boxes?
No sorry we are only able to ship to physical addresses. Please take note of any special shipping conditions that are noted on the deal page.
I have a rural address, can I still get it delivered?
Yes this shouldn’t be a problem, most vendors offer Rural South Island and North Island delivery. Please take note of any special shipping conditions and costs that are noted on the deal page. Just make sure you choose the right delivery option for your address to make sure there are no delays in getting your product to your door. If you select the wrong option the vendor may get in touch before shipping out your delivery to discuss.
How long does delivery take?
We try to encourage our vendors to ship items as soon as the deals finish, your item will be shipped within 10 business days of the deal ending (remember deals run Monday to Sunday, so items are shipped after the deal has ended).
If you select the wrong shipping option the vendor may get in touch before shipping out your delivery to discuss – which may delay your delivery. Please make sure to take note of any special shipping conditions, and take the time to select the correct option.
I received some but not all of my products
Each Deal comes from a different vendor from all around NZ, so will likely arrive separately and at different times, no need to panic.
If all your items haven’t arrived within 2 weeks from when the deal ends, please refer to the next question.
I haven’t received my product; they said it would be delivered by now. What should I do?
If you have been sent a tracking number by the vendor, please check the tracking information.
Your first enquiry in regards to delivery should be with the vendor directly – remember that shipping can take up to 2 weeks from when the deal ends.

Can I get tracking info on my delivery?
Some vendors will automatically send you tracking information on your delivery.
Before you purchase any deal, make sure you read the conditions – these contain all the information about shipping costs, timeframes and whether a pickup option is available.
Please note that we can only deliver to New Zealand addresses.
