How does it work?

Just select your shipping option and click the add to cart button. Fill out your details at the checkout to finalise your purchase, and enter your payment.
You’ll get an email which also contains confirmation of your purchase. If the deal is for something delivered, your item will be shipped within 10 business days of the deal ending.

Are there conditions?

There are always some conditions in place to make it clear what you are purchasing and when it will be delivered. We work hard with our vendors to ensure they are fair to both you and them. Make sure you always read the deal conditions before you purchase.

Where is my delivery?

If you’ve purchased a product from our shop you can get more information on delivery here.

Can I get a refund?

Not if you changed your mind. We don’t normally offer refunds unless there are exceptional circumstances, but we treat each refund request on a case-by-case basis and in line with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you think you are entitled to a refund please get in touch (office@gogreenexpo.co.nz) and we’ll discuss it with you and our vendor.

What if something goes wrong with my purchase or my item is faulty?

If something goes wrong we’ll try to get it sorted quickly and fairly, in line with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees and Fair Trading Acts.
Please let us know (office@gogreenexpo.co.nz) within 14 days and we will get in touch with the supplier to get things sorted out.

I have a question about a deal. How do I get an answer before I buy?

The information provided on the deals is direct from our vendors. If you have a specific question on a product or service we recommend you contact the business / vendor directly to find out what you need to know.
